FOOTBALL Does the NCAA Have An Obligation to Force Power 5 Schools to Follow Through With Its OOC Schedules?
I believe it does, but doesn't think it legally will try to for a variety of reasons. One, being the NCAA has little say in college sports, especially college football, since the Miami Hurricane debauchery.
